Jobridge is hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee statutory audits, taxation, and financial compliance for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits for various business entities.
• Prepare and finalize annual balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect taxation workflows, including Income Tax and GST filings.
• Review financial records to ensure adherence to standard accounting standards (Ind AS).
• Provide advisory support on tax planning, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and external audit teams.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports and variance analysis for leadership review.
• Examine internal control systems and recommend risk management improvements.
• Oversee TDS deductions, reconciliations, and quarterly return filings.
• Guide accounting teams on complex transaction structuring and ledger adjustments.
