Isha Homes India Pvt. Ltd. is an established real estate developer with a significant footprint in Chennai, featuring over 500 residential units under construction across approximately 6 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across target markets.
• Oversee end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns including print, outdoor, digital, and direct marketing.
• Manage corporate communications and ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are consistently maintained across all customer touchpoints.
• Drive content creation for brochures, sales collaterals, website, newsletters, press releases, and promotional material.
• Plan and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns to boost engagement and support inbound lead generation.
• Coordinate with creative, advertising, and PR agencies to deliver impactful campaigns within stipulated budgets and timelines.
• Organize and manage real estate property expos, customer engagement events, and project launch campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and project teams to align marketing communication with current inventory and commercial targets.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of all marketing and communication initiatives.
• Monitor competitor communication strategies and identify emerging market trends in the residential real estate sector.
• Supervise vendor onboarding, cost negotiation, and timely delivery of marketing print and production materials.
