Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content and creative strategies aligned with brand vision and user engagement targets.
• Lead and mentor an in-house team of content writers, copywriters, graphic designers, and video producers.
• Oversee end-to-end creative production for performance marketing campaigns, social media, and app interfaces.
• Ensure high standards of brand consistency, aesthetic quality, and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing and product teams to design high-converting visual and written assets.
• Conceptualize compelling multi-format storytelling initiatives, including short-form video content, reels, and infographics.
• Establish editorial calendars, creative guidelines, and standardized production workflows for regular and seasonal campaigns.
• Track and analyze content engagement metrics and user retention to iteratively optimize creative output.
• Drive viral and trend-driven social media campaigns to accelerate organic brand discovery and audience growth.
• Supervise scriptwriting and visual direction for digital advertisements, influencer tie-ups, and brand videos.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelance creators, and production vendors.
