Hotel Operations Manager · Kochi

Responsible for assisting in successfully executing all operations across hotel departments, driving high standards of guest service, and leading operational teams at Marriott International in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments.
• Continually drive improvements in guest satisfaction scores and resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Manage, mentor, and schedule departmental staff to maintain optimal service levels.
• Enforce brand standards, operating procedures, and safety compliance throughout the property.
• Assist in optimizing department financial performance, cost controls, and revenue targets.
• Conduct routine quality inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and operational facilities.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline daily hotel workflows and special events.
• Drive employee engagement and support ongoing training and development initiatives.
• Monitor guest feedback metrics and implement corrective operational strategies.
• Assist general management in achieving overall property targets and performance metrics.
