Our client, a growing international business, is looking for an ambitious Business Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and build scalable ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement workflows.
• Coordinate with HR and finance administration to ensure smooth operational support.
• Lead and execute strategic operational projects to drive organizational efficiency.
• Enable executive leadership to focus on strategic priorities by resolving daily operational challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor and improve operational systems, tools, and workflows for team productivity.
• Establish operational guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track key operational metrics and report on organizational performance and milestones.
• Ensure internal teams and external partners have necessary resources to perform effectively.
