Harjai Technologies is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives focused on Dealer Management Systems and digital applications, translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture detailed requirements from business workshops, stakeholder discussions, whiteboard sessions, and meeting notes.
• Convert high-level business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases.
• Clarify ambiguities and proactively identify requirement gaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Releases inside Jira.
• Develop Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure end-to-end requirement coverage across deliverables.
• Design detailed 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process diagrams and workflow models.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure alignment with defined business logic.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business partners and client teams.
• Monitor change requests, analyze system impacts, and maintain updated project documentation.
• Support product release management, sprint reviews, and post-deployment validation.
