GRW Pumps Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Import/Export Marketing Manager to oversee international market research, drive export sales, and ensure seamless global trade operations from our Kolkata facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive market research to identify new international trade opportunities and monitor competitive market trends.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics coordination for foreign shipments to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with international trade laws, customs clearance rules, and DGFT guidelines.
• Manage, review, and maintain comprehensive import and export documentation including shipping bills, licenses, and invoices.
• Drive international business development campaigns to secure new export contracts and expand distributor networks.
• Perform continuous risk assessment and mitigation regarding foreign exchange, shipping logistics, and trade policies.
• Maintain effective cross-cultural communication and negotiation with overseas buyers and international partners.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing and promotional budgets allocated for global outreach.
• Collaborate across supply chain, sales, and administrative teams to streamline export fulfillment.
• Analyze export performance data and sales trends to report insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities to resolve clearance bottlenecks.
• Oversee contract negotiation, terms of trade, and shipping schedules to ensure cost-efficient operations.
