Group Bayport is looking for an enthusiastic Account Management Representative to foster long-term business partnerships and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business accounts and key clients.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
• Identify client requirements and coordinate with internal production and operations teams to fulfill orders.
• Monitor order execution, delivery timelines, and issue resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide new clients through company offerings and digital platforms.
• Address client escalations and resolve billing, service, or delivery queries promptly.
• Track key account metrics such as renewal rates, order frequency, and account health.
• Prepare regular sales reports, client feedback summaries, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support account transitions and contract renewals.
