Responsibilities

• Analyze and curate structured and unstructured enterprise datasets to improve AI model performance.
• Design and execute quantitative evaluation benchmarks for LLM responses and AI agent workflows.
• Investigate knowledge graph relationships to optimize search precision and context retrieval.
• Identify data quality gaps and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance connector pipelines.
• Perform statistical analysis on user interaction data to detect patterns and improve relevance.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards tracking model accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.
• Develop automated scripts in Python and SQL for batch data processing and testing.
• Partner with product and ML teams to translate analytical insights into feature improvements.
• Audit model outputs for safety, compliance, bias, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Document data methodologies, evaluation protocols, and performance metrics across AI systems.
