Requirements

• Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring the client's vision is realized while maintaining design excellence.

• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and project goals. Present design concepts and communicate effectively to align expectations.

• Space Planning: Develop floor plans, layouts, and furniture placements that optimize space and functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

• Conceptual Development: Generate innovative design solutions that reflect the client's style and project objectives.

• Design Documentation: Produce accurate technical drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using Google SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape to present design concepts to clients.

• Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Material Selection: Source and specify finishes, materials, and furniture that align with the design vision, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

• Documentation & Reports: Use MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare project reports, client presentations, and design documentation.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and new materials to incorporate into projects.
