• Responsibilities: Ensure that data flows smoothly from source to destination so that it can be processedUtilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insightsFilter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can be analyzed to extract insights and improve business processesIdentify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and work with appropriate partners to absorb the data into new or existing data infrastructureBuild tools for automating repetitive asks so that bandwidth can be freed for analyticsCollaborate with program managers and business analysts to help them come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functionsWork closely with top management to prioritize information and analytic needs Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science).Ability to program in any high level language is required
• Own day-to-day Data Analyst / Data Scientist workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, commerce, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work through ambiguity and operational bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
