• Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Management: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to design drawings, structural safety standards, and project timelines.Finishing Works Management: Take complete charge of all interior and exterior finishing works (such as tiling, plastering, painting, flooring, and fixtures) to meet rigorous quality standards.Project Portfolio Handling: Manage execution across both commercial and residential projects, coordinating smoothly with contractors, laborers, and project teams.Quality & Progress Tracking: Monitor daily progress, check material quality, minimize rework, and report site updates to management.Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Professional civil engineering experience in construction site execution.Domain Expertise: Mandatory hands-on background working on commercial and residential projects, with deep technical knowledge of finishing works.Skills: Strong leadership, site coordination, and quality control capabilities.Location: Based in or willing to work in Nagpur.Compensation & Benefits Salary: Commensurate with current CTC and industry standards.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
• Plan and execute Civil Engineer (Site Execution & Finishing) workstreams with close attention to safety, quality, and production feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution constraints before work begins.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.
• Support root-cause analysis for defects, delays, or non-conformance events and drive closure actions.
• Improve process capability through structured observations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document technical decisions, changes, and lessons learned for repeatable execution.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for smooth handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and production-readiness expectations.
• Experience coordinating with production, QA, supply chain, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
• Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
