Business Analyst - Healthcare · Kochi

ESAT Technologies is looking for a proactive Business Analyst with healthcare domain expertise to analyze user needs, build software prototypes, and translate clinical and operational requirements into functional digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from healthcare clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create concept mock-ups, user journeys, and wireframe prototypes to visualize proposed system enhancements.
• Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering squads and product managers throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Analyze healthcare data sets and user insights to formulate evidence-based system improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive functional documentation and advocate key architectural recommendations to technical leads.
• Partner with client engineering teams to validate that developed features conform strictly to business specifications.
• Contribute to presales initiatives by authoring technical proposals, scope definitions, and effort estimations.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria sign-offs with development squads.
• Assist in building business rationales and proof-of-concept prototypes for prospective client pitches.
• Support user testing, defect management, and post-release feedback gathering to drive continuous product refinement.
• Participate in domain-specific knowledge-sharing sessions and technical recruitment evaluations.
