Energasia is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications within an Agile engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex full-stack software components.
• Develop robust, scalable back-end services and business logic utilizing Java.
• Build interactive, responsive front-end user interfaces using AngularJS and modern web technologies.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor production applications and cloud systems.
• Work closely with Agile scrum teams to estimate engineering effort and achieve sprint deliverables.
• Contribute to software architecture and design to ensure security, high availability, and maintainability.
• Articulate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and implementation roadmaps to engineering leadership.
• Develop reusable software patterns and engineering frameworks to improve overall team velocity.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Estimate engineering work effort according to Agile methodologies and prioritize high-impact deliverables.
• Conduct thorough code and design reviews to ensure adherence to unit testing, scalability, and security standards.
• Automate operational workflows and scripting tasks using Python and Bash.
