Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee complex end-to-end business process transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage high-volume operational customer support workflows to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Monitor transaction queues and adhere strictly to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on transactional data to minimize errors and maintain high accuracy.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex transactional queries, resolving issues efficiently.
• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inter-departmental transaction workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, standard workflows, and exception-handling procedures.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of junior analysts on transaction systems and quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal security, risk management, and data privacy policies.
