Doctors App is looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Associate to assist in building AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and training machine learning and natural language processing models.
• Preprocess, clean, and structure healthcare datasets for model training and validation.
• Perform data annotation, labeling, and quality audits on medical text and imaging datasets.
• Write clean Python scripts to support data pipeline automation and testing.
• Evaluate AI model performance metrics and identify areas for accuracy improvement.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into the core digital health application.
• Research emerging AI algorithms and healthcare diagnostic tooling to support product innovation.
• Collaborate with senior AI engineers and medical specialists to understand workflow requirements.
• Monitor algorithmic outputs to detect and mitigate data biases or anomalies.
• Document experimentation results, model parameters, and technical workflows clearly.
