Calmveda is seeking an enthusiastic Content & E-commerce Management Associate to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, and digital brand content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across website and major e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Create engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions, category content, and brand messaging.
• Audit product catalog regularly to ensure accurate pricing, inventory levels, images, and descriptions.
• Coordinate with graphic design and photography teams to develop high-converting visual assets and A+ content.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, customer ratings, and platform reviews.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and seasonal product bundles.
• Analyze competitor listings, market trends, and keyword rankings to optimize search visibility.
• Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to maintain healthy stock availability across platforms.
• Address customer queries and reviews promptly to maintain high seller ratings and brand reputation.
• Prepare regular reporting dashboards on e-commerce sales performance and content effectiveness.
