BP India is looking for a Price Book Coordinator to manage and audit pricing structures, ensuring high commercial and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and manage product pricing master data and price book entries.
• Audit pricing structures regularly to eliminate discrepancies and ensure commercial accuracy.
• Implement approved price changes accurately across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, and operations teams to align on pricing updates.
• Validate discounts, surcharges, and contractual pricing terms in the system.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate root causes of billing or price errors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing revisions and approval workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal pricing governance policies and controls.
• Support month-end closing activities related to pricing reconciliation.
• Generate regular pricing reports and performance metrics for management review.
