Role Requirements ~ Experience: 10+ years of professional experience across industries. ~ Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering with Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.MBA, PGDM, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.Required Experience10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Lending organizations.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Enterprise Loan Origination Systems.Proven experience delivering digital lending transformation programs and platform modernization initiatives.Experience working across Retail Lending, Microfinance, MSME Lending, Business Loans, Housing Finance, or Commercial Lending domains.Experience in large-scale LOS implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform re-engineering initiatives.

• Own day-to-day Business Analyst - Banking workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
• Use operational metrics to prioritize improvement efforts and measure changes over time.
