- Facilitate change management initiatives and build comprehensive requirement traceability matrices (RTM).
- Perform continuous gap analysis between current business operations and evolving regulatory mandates.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, scenario creation, and defect triage with engineering squads.
- Drive ongoing process improvement by analyzing operational bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
- Ensure that all proposed solutions comply strictly with internal risk frameworks and external financial regulations.
