Avhan Technologies is seeking a proactive Product & Growth Executive to support product-led growth initiatives and optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user funnels, product metrics, and customer journeys to identify growth bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and implement growth experiments.
• Execute A/B testing and multivariate testing on product features and onboarding flows.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to uncover product opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key product KPIs including CAC, LTV, churn, and active users.
• Assist in crafting user feedback surveys and synthesizing qualitative product insights.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to prioritize feature improvements.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Optimize product onboarding flows to enhance user adoption and activation rates.
