Summary Client is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Technical Product Manager with HCM technical solutions capabilities and systems/software expertise to support both US / ex-US countries. This position requires skills in HCM product design, technical solutions, in depth technical knowledge and integration of the product/software being implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• This position requires skills in HCM product design, technical solutions, in depth technical knowledge and integration of the product/software being implemented
• With minimal supervision, this individual will need to work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure that the IT work is completed with proper requirements, solid technical designs, oversee build, ensure proper testing and oversee delivery that is on time and on budget
• Own core deliverables associated with the Workday Product Manager - HCM Systems ( REMOTE) role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
